To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係北角嘅三葉屋試佢哋嘅藍鰭吞拿魚冷烏冬。個價錢係148蚊,再加一服務費就變成163蚊。老實講,呢個價錢有啲貴。 首先講下食物質素,藍鰭吞拿魚好新鮮,入口即溶,配埋芥末同豉油汁,味道好出色。冷烏冬都幾有彈牙,正常,一般屋企都煮到既冷烏冬質素。 整體嚟講,呢個冷烏冬嘅份量唔算多,加埋個價錢偏高,性價比唔太高。如果你唔介意價錢既話,可以一試。

冷烏冬都幾有彈牙,正常,一般屋企都煮到既冷烏冬質素。 整體嚟講,呢個冷烏冬嘅份量唔算多,加埋個價錢偏高,性價比唔太高。如果你唔介意價錢既話,可以一試。
