係香港食過幾間船麵都覺得麻麻,有d為左迎合香港人口味而失去正宗船麵應有風味,今晚等我黎到呢間過江龍船皇睇下搵唔搵到泰國原味。餐牌簡而精,湯麵、撈麵、小食同飲品一眼睇晒,反轉就可揀埋食咩麵。泰式粉麵店必備調味架,辣椒粉、辣椒醋、魚露。最初以為泰式炸蝦卷係普通脆皮包住隻蝦,上菜一望覺得好似蘿蔔絲酥餅幾特別,咬開發現外層係薯仔絲,外脆內軟,勁香口。串燒雞肉無燒到過火,幾香,肉唔鞋,點埋沙嗲幾正。講下船麵ge靈魂湯底先,入口充滿牛味,亦帶點藥材味,微辣香甜,貼近泰國當地食到ge味道,正。船皇湯麵集豬、雞、牛於一碗,肉香滑軟腍,丸十分彈牙,用左泰國貨,遠勝街市雪藏丸,炸豬皮好脆,一d油膉味都無。傳統船麵係細細碗一連食幾碗,船皇都可以咁叫,但香港地秒秒鐘幾廿萬上落,所以我揀左大碗河粉,好闊身,掛湯一流,份量又多,飽啊!凍泰仔奶茶用泰國銀碗裝住,由於預先沖好再雪,無得叫少甜,但比起「泰國甜」已經相當留手,香滑好飲。
