這晚經過尖沙咀的這條小巷🏘,被它那全木調🌳外觀吸引著,上網看了一下📲,原來是一家台灣小店😲。反正還沒吃晚飯🌛,就來一個台式晚餐吧😊。推開敞門🚪,映入眼簾盡是那古色古香的裝潢風格🤩,還有那位在開放式廚房中🔥努力為食客準備美食的大廚先生👨🏻🍳。與大廚先生四目交投👀,換來了一個親切的微笑☺️,心馬上暖了起來😍。加上了黃色及白色的燈籠🏮作裝飾,很有台灣夜市的感覺😊。除了著名的台灣牛肉麵外🍜,餐單上亦有拌麵🍝、小食🍢等。台式泡菜🥗:先來一個醒胃小吃😏,捲心菜🥗及蘿蔔絲🥕以醋、甘草、八角等醃製過🥣,除了本身的清甜外😋,更帶有了點點的酸🤔,入口爽脆,令人馬上胃口大開👍🏻。切豆干🥢:台灣的必食小吃㊙️,口感紮實彈牙,沾上了醬汁,鹹度適中🤤,豆香和醬汁的甜味互相完美配合著💘。川味紅燒半筋半肉麵🍜:店員介紹說,他們的店主👨🏻🍳為了煮出出色的牛肉麵🐮,特意去了陽明山🏞學師,湯頭以牛骨🐮、蔬菜🥦、香料🌶、藥材🌱等,不加入任何味精🚫,熬製超過60小時而成🔥,入口鮮甜,毫不油膩,帶有藥材香氣😋。牛𦟌經過炆製,入口軟腍,非常入味👍🏻;牛筋半透晶瑩,味道甘甜🤤;粗身麵條口感彈牙,掛湯力強👍🏻。阿宏蔥油拌麵🍝:麵質彈牙
