要揾寧靜而又有質素的餐廳, 再不是尖沙咀同銅鑼灣的專利, 現在大家可以在觀塘工廈找到, 今次又係唻到有琳琅滿目的巧明街冠力工業大廈, K2 Kitchen,好優靜, 見到門口寫了黑毛豬風腿推介,更原隻放在餐廳中心, 相當吸引呀, 而且餐牌見到的菜色也很特別。叫了兩個set dinner, 前菜有「燒有機紅菜頭伴羊奶芝士,北海道帆立貝、檸檬泡沫」,好健康的紅菜頭, 好甜好爽口, 頂的檸檬泡沫令這道菜增添了貴氣及像法國菜般, 面為一大隻的帆立貝, 肉質腍, 另一個前菜係「北海道甘蝦伴蘆薈沙律」,同樣有泡沫伴碟, 而隻蝦大到好似隻牡丹蝦多啲, 並非係甘蝦咁簡單, 味道超鮮的蝦味, 帶點黏口添, 而且伴有精盈剔透的蘆薈粒,好新鮮, 令口腔充滿甜及水份的口感, 為甘蝦增添更鮮甜的味道。之後上了「鹽燒有機温室大傘菌」面鋪了生菜及芝士片, 大傘菌好厚身, 用鹽燒帶出菇的香味,軟腍腍的, 見到一名貴菜色, 「黑魚籽鮮蝦忌廉蛋」, 只是多加$20,當然要埋啦, 面層的魚籽咬落卜卜脆,有鮮魚味;雞蛋入面帶忌廉奶香,好幼滑。餐湯係廚師餐湯-南瓜湯,我個人很喜愛南瓜又甜, 又有纖維,夠晒健康。主菜好surpr
