To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

地膽朋友介紹說不妨吃清湯牛腩麵。.專登選擇午餐時間之後到埗,店面企理、樓底又高係幾舒服.反正平日好少到這區,點了個有齊三種牛腩的,就一口氣試晒佢。.碗麵上檯,份量幾足。.事不宜遲,飲一啖湯頭,一飲,藥材?嗯嗯嗯,那就是「藥材牛湯牛腩」,不同外面那種「白滷水湯牛腩」,外面好多清湯腩其實落左唔少滷水料而且偏咸(成本這回事你懂的)。這間用藥材煮牛湯心思放了在減低膩感,要讚一下。.今時今日,香港牛骨成本太貴,好難做到清湯腩,做得到要維皮貴到嚇人。所以基本上,沒有幾多會用大量牛骨牛肉去做湯頭的麵食如清湯腩和越南牛河。食過越南當地牛河就明白。要好多牛骨跟肉先可以煮出那種甜味。.這個加了藥材同香料的湯頭確實令碗麵和牛腩沒有太膩感覺,唯一要注意,湯一旦唔夠熱了,藥材既苦味會突顯出來。都係果句好嘢趁熱食。.佐料的蘿蔔夠䭃身、無起渣、也有甜味。.三種牛腩分別都煮得唔錯,少少肥香口夠軟身無起渣也入味配埋湯頭唔錯。質素唔錯,要吹毛求疵的話我自己偏好寧願件數少尐同無咁一口一件也希望牛腩件也要大件一點就可以更食得出唔同既牛腩位置既特色同師傅手藝。.朋友呢個介紹唔錯,無中伏。
