To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛剛過去嘅happy Friday出左港島搵食老公話去天后食清湯腩，其實我第一時間諗唔起呢間🙈但去到排隊有驚喜💛💛值得等待嘅等待期間都有睇門外嘅餐牌、介紹；知道湯底有用到中藥材，好滋補；到我地有位入去餐廳之後聞到濃濃嘅滋補湯底味我地份別叫左最普通嘅牛腩麵、同三寶麵由於我叫撈麵，所以份開上，顯得面底同牛腩份量都好多👍🏻起初都怕湯底藥材味會唔會好重，重到接受唔到；但又唔會喎，飲落唔會好勁藥材味，都順口，真係會想飲哂成碗湯🤤老公叫嘅三寶麵睇落相對就無咁大碗，但係牛嘅質素就非常高，同埋欣賞佢有伊麵底揀👍🏻👍🏻（雖然要加錢）雖然成舊水一碗面，但一碗食到哂爽腩、沙崩腩、坑腩，都係值得你花多少少錢一嚐嘅另外我地再單點左個魚皮餃，都好食，又多粒👍🏻

由於我叫撈麵，所以份開上，顯得面底同牛腩份量都好多👍🏻
起初都怕湯底藥材味會唔會好重，重到接受唔到；但又唔會喎，飲落唔會好勁藥材味，都順口，真係會想飲哂成碗湯🤤
