阿菇剛回香港兩天,大家約左去佐敦文英街去吃火鍋,餐廳內𥚃裝修得古色古香,男女廁所全金色的(真係好浮誇),餐桌下有一個置物籃,方便放袋黃金皮蛋愛吃皮蛋的我當然必叫!皮蛋金黃,加上秘製香辣醬,加上大量芝麻,微辣又香口。藥膳清湯鍋底,好香濃的藥材味,店員每次都會自動問我要不要加湯。最滿意真是加湯不是加水!雪花肥牛大大件,每片都好夠分量。豬腳筋,滾熟後會縮小,帶爽口的口感。瀬尿蝦墨丸,用墨魚膠包著原隻瀬尿蝦肉,瀨尿蝦已經是沒有殼的,墨魚膠彈牙加上整隻瀬尿蝦肉汕頭牛丸,上枱時與我北上吃的汕頭牛丸有點不同,毎一粒較大,有油香。脆鯇腩,打邊爐我最愛吃脆鯇的口感,爽脆但又有魚味,很新鮮,不過有些碎魚骨,要小心一點吃。炸魚皮,浸一浸熱湯才吃,口感又脆又淋。魚皮是新鮮剛炸好的,打邊爐加炸魚皮一絶滾到半透明就可以吃了,口感Q彈。打邊爐的菜最怕唔乾淨,依間好乾淨。食得放心。
