To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於見倒溫野菜出左個好得意的熊仔湯底。咁鍾意打卡的我一定要來影相。來到先知原來係骨膠原湯底,簡直係女士因物。嗌呢個湯底仲送兩塊美白面膜,好開心。熊仔很可愛喔!但其實所謂月桂冠柚子清酒湯底,個名好勁,但其實我覺得只係有點像甜鼓油湯+少少酒,不要太高期望。相反朋友嗌的藥膳湯我覺得更好食。新豬肉餃子第一次食,搭藥膳湯一流。蝦滑好爽。野菜組合砌得雖然靚,但我覺得有點貴,$68幾款蔬菜,生菜看似半個,但才得兩塊,也太少吧?溫野菜的肉類我覺得都係有點少貴,一盆肉才四片,很薄的四片,性價比不高。豚肉幾好食。鹿兒島黑毛和牛牛肩的牛味很濃香。闊條麵好滑一定要哎,但不要煮太久會糊了。最後試了一個野菌雜炊,餐牌教用餘下2cm高的湯底來煮,但我們發現太多湯了,應該用少一點的湯也可以,記得自行調較!用藥膳湯來做野菌雜炊,味道好,夠濃郁!大滿足!
