發跡於深水埗嘅蘇媽·蘇媽陸續開分店,最近仲開到去尖沙咀加連威老道,當然要帶埋老公嚟試吓。尖沙咀分店嘅餐牌同深水埗嘅基本上大同小異。餐廳入面嘅環境比老店更乾淨企理,裝修亦有馬拉華人風格。枱上已經放有黑豉油、頭抽、辣椒同蒜蓉,原來係用嚟點肉骨茶入面嘅配料。枱上嘅餐紙仲有教你點樣調配。落咗單點咗百吉爹肉骨茶之後,店員隨即奉上兩碗熱辣辣嘅肉骨茶,而呢個湯係無限添飲,都係蘇媽蘇媽出名之處。百吉爹肉骨茶有數款唔同嘅食材可供選擇,今次我哋就揀咗啫喱骨,其實即係類似我哋平時食開嘅豬軟骨,總共有四大件,啫喱骨之下仲有豆卜同金菇,我覺得呢個係喺多款肉骨茶入面性價比最高嘅一款。海南鴛鴦燒麵包嘅麵包比較深色,帶有一種特別嘅香味,再加上入面一層厚厚嘅牛油以及咖央醬,熱辣辣非常好味。辣死你嗎係我最推介嘅主食,最鍾意佢嘅花生同乾魚仔配上椰漿飯,今次揀咗配參巴魷魚,魷魚相對地都幾辣,不過又覺得好惹味。馬拉沙嗲串燒分別有豬、牛、雞,而且係任意配搭。佢嘅沙嗲醬充滿濃濃嘅花生味道,非常香口。由於食完辣嘢,所以都決定飲番杯恐龍下蛋,冰凍白咖啡上面配上一球雲呢拿雪糕,再加有朱古力波同美祿粉,大人細路都鍾意。
