🍽 餐廳:KATANA by SAKEH (中環)平日時間,時值中午與朋友參觀大館,所以在大館附近蘇豪區搵下野食,比餐廳門口白色石紋主牆吸引住,原來餐廳係日本串燒bar。事後上網睇返原來”Katana”日文係指武士刀🗡️的意思,難怪餐廳內的牆壁都是Q版武士圖案,食材大部分來自日本。餐廳是酒吧,主色調較暗,如果晚上來的話很適合小酌一番。午餐:🍱西京燒銀鱈魚飯$188丼飯必配餐前小食、麵豉湯,小食是酸甜海帶,開胃🤤仲有日式沙律🥗,用上新鮮沙律菜和蕃茄仔,完全沒有臭青味。主菜是燒銀鱈魚🐟,外脆內軟,充滿魚油香,銀鱈魚肉質唔鞋口,而且係大骨魚,冇咁易哽魚骨,擺盤上有粉紅色的蓮藕花更顯小心思。珍珠米飯上佈滿紫菜,增加了口感和鮮味!🍱親子丼$148是煎雞扒與滑蛋的組合,雞肉鮮嫩滑身,煎得香脆,上面灑上七味粉調味,用上洋葱滑蛋墊底,甜甜地的滑蛋撈飯一流!拮穿中間的雞蛋,每一啖飯都有蛋汁相伴。🐔柚子虎皮漬$78雞皮漬物,芝麻加上酸酸甜甜醬汁又爽口👍🏼🐓鹽燒雞上脾肉$48最簡單的調味,食到鮮雞味,好香!🥩紐西蘭羊架 $88我哋掛住傾計傾到羊架都凍曬,但係咬落都仲係好juicy有汁,一d羊羶味都冇。餐廳格調

我哋掛住傾計傾到羊架都凍曬,但係咬落都仲係好juicy有汁,一d羊羶味都冇。

餐廳格調很不錯,昏昏暗暗的色調,就算午市入座都會感到很放鬆,播放著時下流行的日文歌,三五知己來傾偈食串燒💬真的不錯。而且店員態度友善,不時主動加水,又有笑容😊。
