中環Soho區向來都多高質嘅餐廳小店,嚟到歌賦街有如置身迷你嘅日本橫町,好幾間江湖傳聞令人垂涎三尺嘅過江龍餐廳都喺哂一條街。炭家主打以新鮮嘅空運食材,加上傳統炭燒製作嘅烹調方法,以高質嘅炭燒鰻魚飯起家。餐廳空間雖小,但空間感足夠坐得舒服。而玻璃後更會睇到師傅燒鰻魚嘅製作過程。午市套餐點咗一客鰻魚·重,鰻魚嘅份量好誇張,大過一隻手板。隨餐會附上餐前小食,茶碗蒸。鰻魚啫喱餐前冷盤小食,味道酸中帶燒鰻嘅味道,口感彈牙幾開胃。茶碗蒸鰻魚蒸蛋,味道由淡香嘅蛋味,漸入佳境地食到底就會有炭燒香味嘅鰻魚肉。由淺入深嘅層次感令人想食多一份。鰻魚·重重量級嘅鰻魚丼飯,可以選擇蒲燒或者白燒鰻魚。蒲燒不嬲就食得多,想食得light 啲原汁原味就揀用海鹽炭燒嘅白燒。白燒嘅鰻魚皮十分脆,而且肉質都鮮嫩保持juicy 唔會太乾身。比起蒲燒,白燒更值得一試! 炭燒牛舌薄砌嘅牛舌,炭燒風味十足,肉汁鎖得好口感juicy, 滴埋青檸汁酸酸地味就更佳
