平時好少上嚟蘇豪區食嘢,估唔到夜媽媽蘇豪區都有好多食肆營業。除此之外,仲有好多酒吧,好多外國人喺度聚集,好有氣氛。 今晚我哋去呢間餐廳其實都係酒吧嚟㗎,不過又有埋嘢食,而佢主打係乜嘢呢?就係比利時菜。我諗好多人都冇試過比利時菜,就等我哋一齊嚟試下啦。 黎到比利時餐廳一定要飲下比利時出嘅啤酒。即使唔鍾意飲酒嘅你,喺度總會揀到一款啱你嘅酒,無論係酒精濃度小或多都應有盡有。如果唔識揀都唔緊要,因為呢度嘅待應生都係香港人嚟㗎,佢哋好耐心咁樣介紹一啲酒畀我哋。 而今次我哋就飲咗一支黑啤,叫Rochefort 8, 聽佢介紹,應該係啤酒名牌嚟添。唔似其他黑啤咁,呢支入口容易,而且有一陣穀物味道,入口好醇,極力推介。 另外叫咗一杯無酒精嘅mocktail,青蘋果味嘅梳打,甜甜地好清新,但係冰塊多左啲啦。呢個前菜係叫Tomato Aux Crevettes, 係啲蝦仁加埋啲忌廉醬釀入 一個蕃茄裏面, 賣相整得好靚,亦好好味 ,醬甜甜地,有少少似沙律醬,蝦仁好爽。Belgium Ham&Shrimp Croque, 呢度菜有啲似沙律卷 外層炸到好脆,好香口, 裡邊係一啲火腿夾埋蝦嘅肉碎。 好多青口呀!

甜品梗係要嚟個比利時嘅朱古力心太軟啦。比利時最出名就係朱古力,味道特濃,蛋糕鬆軟,甜度較高。
