To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我這個餐是炸雞蘑菇飯$48晚餐:食物相關評價如下:1. 蘑菇飯只有四粒蘑菇,醬汁非常之少,你會明顯見到醬汁之外,有一圈白飯。單單就味道來說,與KFC的差不多沒有差別,但份量更少。2. 炸雞數目一共九粒,香味很重,但味道一般,口感上比麥當勞麥樂雞表皮脆身一些,但全都是雞皮和粉的混合成果,顏色較深,用的應該是隔夜多天的油。跟餐飲品相關評價如下:1. 選的是洛神花茶,買回來的時候有沉積物,應該存放了不少時日,味道很酸,口感很差。服務很一般,收銀的位置常常沒有人,而且對答和態度連麥記和KFC都比不上,但差不多的食物收費卻高約30-50%,CP值很低。唯一優點是勝在沒有什麼客人,在假期高峰人流時段,如果不想等太久,可以將就一下。
