又係時候對自己好啲😌before happy hour,當然要食咗餐豐富嘅晚餐-鐵板燒!先上前菜,有水母刺身,仲有磯煮鮑魚👍🏻好醒胃,又美味。銀雪魚洋蔥湯魚湯特別鮮甜,魚肉依然保持嫩嫩的。估唔到加入蜆肉,冇腥不特止,仲會令啖更出嗰鮮味!鐵板燒大蝦最正係係蝦膏汁,啲精華我一滴都冇留底😂蝦肉有手掌咁長,好厚好扎實。鴨肝蝴蝶酥估唔到會用蝴蝶酥做base!師傅話佢地試過好多間蝴蝶酥,要揾一間又要脆又鬆化又有牛油香又不太甜係好難㗎,好欣賞佢地咁用心!鴨肝入口即溶,仲有蘋果片同蝴蝶酥嘅襯托下,一點也不油膩。厚切牛肉粒7成都仲係咁好味,可能本身都用到上等美國牛,牛味好濃。而且食到呢到,已經好飽!因為未切前都見到好大份牛扒。牛肉炒飯再配以湯和野菜炒飯夠乾身,而且每啖都食到牛肉粒。可以同師傅講走葱👍🏻野菜有芽菜,夠爽口👍🏻仲有湯暖胃。最後會送上人人都喜歡嘅日本蜜瓜同埋提子,糖度極高!
