今日同咗屋企人嚟到中環蘭桂芳呢間新開嘅日式餐廳食飯,呢度有做日式鐵板燒同刺身壽司omakase,為咗就返唔食咁多生冷嘢嘅媽咪,我哋就揀咗鐵板燒廚司發辦😚💓 廚師會每道菜都簡單介紹材料同煮法,服務非常之好😋🦑 汁煮白爪魚、白子首先係兩道前菜,有加咗黃芥末嘅汁煮白爪魚配青瓜 同埋 加咗醋嘅白子,少少酸又新鮮,先開咗個胃😋!🍲銀鱈魚洋蔥湯之後有個用咗嚟自日本嘅銀鱈魚煲成嘅湯,仲有好多鮮甜嘅洋蔥同蜆,夠鮮美!🦐 鐵板燒大蝦廚師已經幫燒大蝦拆咗殼,超方便!個醬都係用蝦膏嚟煮成,好濃郁㗎😛🦆 鴨肝蝴蝶酥第一次食鴨肝!估唔到用鐵板煎都可以咁軟腍肥美!再加埋蘋果紅酒同意大利黑醋兩種醬料,勁香又唔膩🥳🐮 A4和牛薄燒可以選擇幾款唔同價錢嘅牛,我哋揀咗價格相宜嘅美國牛肉😛 薄切牛肉,裏面仲卷咗啲牛篣同漬昆布,夠晒香,又可以balance返個油香味😚🐮 厚切牛肉粒之後依然係呢個嚟自美國嘅牛肉,但今次切成牛肉粒,佢超級軟腍一啲都唔韌,入口即化咁樣,好正😭💓🍛 牛肉炒飯繼續係美國牛肉xd 切成丁嘅牛肉加入炒飯,啲飯粒粒分明,而且好香好惹味,原來炒飯都可以咁好味😋!🥬 炒野菜用芽菜、蘿蔔絲等組成嘅炒野菜,香口好味
