一直以來都鐘意周圍去旅行,對摩洛哥都好有興趣,感覺好神秘,但係就未有咁多假期可以去咁遠既地方,於是係中環搵左間摩洛哥菜黎止下旅行癮先啦。一入到餐廳就感覺到好濃厚既異國風情,有好多摩洛哥既擺設,同裝潢既顏色都好鮮豔,而員工都係來自摩洛哥既,環境感覺上已經好有去左旅行既感覺,而且仲好奇摩洛哥究竟係食d咩架呢?我地先後叫左三款食物:HOMMOS with Black Truffle鷹咀豆泥好Creamy,用上佢地特有既柔軟皮塔餅點黎食,加上黑松露, 好香好滑,感覺好食之餘又好健康。Babaganoush茄子加上蕃茄煮成泥,顏色好鮮艷,視覺上就已經好能夠刺激食慾,同樣都係用皮塔餅點黎食既,食落有好濃郁既茄子味,再加上蕃茄恰到好處既酸味,用黎做頭盤真係一流。Lamb Tagine with Veggie Cous Cous上菜時已經被佢充滿異國風情既器皿吸引住,用黎打卡真係一流。一打個鍋蓋就見好多既羊肉同唔同既蔬菜,羊肉食落好多汁,肉質柔軟,仲有有濃濃既羊味,而鍋中仲有薯仔、紅蘿蔔同橄欖,都煮得好入味,係天氣稍涼既日子食落有暖暖既感覺。餐廳位於蘭桂坊,仲有好有多唔同既酒,放工黎happy hou

茄子加上蕃茄煮成泥,顏色好鮮艷,視覺上就已經好能夠刺激食慾,同樣都係用皮塔餅點黎食既,食落有好濃郁既茄子味,再加上蕃茄恰到好處既酸味,用黎做頭盤真係一流。
