終於完結左台灣同泰國兩個旅程,一番到黎香港就急於覓食😆今次揀左呢間係香港有幾間分店既日式店午膳,貪佢午市無加一😎成日都唔明,點解同屋企只有一站之隔既太和站有咁多食肆,選擇多、價錢又唔算貴,但係粉嶺諗到頭爆都只係得快餐😫同屋企人兩個人,諗住假期應該無乜人,所以晏少少到,點知一點零鐘去到,要等到兩點幾先入得…入到去已經係last order,唔可以坐太耐,因為職員要落場😣我地每人一個餐,每個餐都包沙律、蒸蛋沙律普通野,無乜特別蒸蛋既菇雖然只有一小舊,但食到杯底都仍然有好濃既菇味;除左蛋面乾d之外,整體都滑身壽司配細牛肉烏冬 ($73)呢個餐既分量岩哂我,食左唔餓又唔會太飽套餐有兩件三文魚壽司、大熟蝦、吞拿魚蓉、帶子、唔知咩魚既壽司各一件三文魚同帶子既味道一般,唔係話好鮮甜或肥美;大熟蝦睇佢個樣就麻麻地,但原來有蝦味且彈牙,唔乾唔霉;個樣似拖羅蓉既吞拿魚蓉壽司反而有驚喜,因為我平時食果d一係無魚味,一係腥,但呢個食落有魚味之餘又有少少甜 (我無沾任何野食);一洗我對吞拿魚只有腥味既印象牛肉烏冬應該用普通烏冬,牛肉用上半肥瘦既肥牛,牛味重家人點 - 鯖魚、吉列豬扒、三文魚刺身配飯及麵鼓湯 ($

雖然三文魚刺身質素中庸,但整體個餐都算抵食,同時食到原條鯖魚同大大塊既吉列豬扒👍
吉列豬扒新鮮炸出黎,極度脆口,而且唔係薄款,讚!!

鯖魚燒得唔錯,肉質夠實,仍然有少許魚汁;不過要小心d食,因為太多幼骨

今次用餐感覺唔錯,但短時間唔會計劃再黎,畢竟大埔仍然有好多食店尚未光顧呢~~
