To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去潮庭只有一個原因,貴!因為今晚老闆請食飯,有老闆埋單嘛,緊係食盡佢啦!唔通重去茶檔咩!晚飯餐單:原窩海味燉湯,潮式鵝片,煎𧐢餅,潮式茶樹菇黃花魚,蟲草花炒翡翠苗,普寧豆醬雞,潮式煎伊麵.原窩海味燉湯:睇湯渣就知,老雞比海味多,海味有瑤柱同花膠,湯味清甜.潮式鵝片:首先,份量偏少,係少得過份!口感,味道,肉質同一般打冷店無咩分別,只係肥膏少咗.煎𧐢餅:𧐢仔鮮嫩幼滑,口感極佳.潮式茶樹菇黃花魚:茶樹菇無咩點食,條黃花魚魚肉結實,鮮甜,黃花魚魚骨唔係特別多,但唔落蔥段只落幾粒蔥花,敗筆!蟲草花炒翡翠苗:唔欣賞,草青味太強.普寧豆醬雞:感覺好似炸子雞加咗個不知明嘅醬,醬汁味道一般,唔落個醬更理想.潮式煎伊麵:哩碟麵最滿意,麵條本身已經有味唔需要點調味,潮庭將麵煎至香脆,外表金黃色亦好吸引,欣賞!每一款菜色,都有一個通病:份量不足!味道又唔係特別出色,雖然唔係我俾錢,但真係俾唔落好評囉!
