To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實真係好欣賞一d小店嘅創意好似周記就因為創作左流沙奶黃西多士而為大家熟悉其實都已經過左差唔多兩年，但呢股流沙西多士熱潮都完全未過，依然日日門口都一堆人等位大熱奶黃流沙西多士即叫即炸，西多士都係熱辣辣食先正！奶黃果然落足料，咸蛋黃味好重不過真係有d溜，記住share食！而其實我覺得周記嘅蝦多士比起流沙西多更正！同樣即叫即炸熱辣辣，表面香脆，入面蝦膠足料所以記住記住黎潮聖唔好正係叫流沙西多士，一定要試埋蝦多士！另外叫左樽仔奶茶，價錢有點高味道沒太特別，所以感覺不叫亦可。
