蝦棧2018年出街食飯第一餐,要食得豐富啲,同朋友去到太子食台式蝦煲。去到餐廳門口,已經見到魚缸入邊有好多新鮮嘅蝦,喺度不停游緊水,可惜佢哋好快就會落入我嘅肚中。呢間台式蝦煲小店,裝修簡潔,牆上有好多台灣嘅裝飾,亦都擺放左食物嘅照片,立即食慾大增。翻開餐牌,估唔到蝦煲有十款選擇,果然係蝦煲專門店,有:胡椒蝦、奶油蝦、檸檬辣蝦、麻油蝦、仲有港式限定:避風塘蝦、鹹蛋黃蝦等等……。經過一輪討論,我哋就試吓胡椒蝦煲啦。胡椒蝦煲$188呢個煲傳來陣陣嘅胡椒味好香,帶微辣好惹味。胡椒蝦煲比台式最大嘅分別係,台式蝦煲的蝦會比較細小,但係呢一間店舖用嘅蝦比較大隻,仲有好多蝦膏添,由於食材都係門口嘅魚缸即叫即撈,啲蝦仲好新鮮,所以肉質彈牙爽脆。不過只得六隻蝦,如果多啲就比較好啦。菠蘿雪芭$68雪糕吃得多會胖,忌廉牛奶糖不知不覺間成為脂方落戶到你身體裏,易請難送。雪葩雖然口感近似雪糕,比沙冰細緻,不含牛奶成份,相對熱量低。食完感覺都冇咁有罪惡感。雪葩原本是法式甜品之一,係西餐中的作用係食完頭盤和湯後,清新一下口腔味覺,準備品嚐較濃味的主菜,選材多以甜甜酸酸口味清新的水果首選,例如青檸、檸檬、西柚、奇異果等

呢個煲傳來陣陣嘅胡椒味好香,帶微辣好惹味。胡椒蝦煲比台式最大嘅分別係,台式蝦煲的蝦會比較細小,但係呢一間店舖用嘅蝦比較大隻,仲有好多蝦膏添,由於食材都係門口嘅魚缸即叫即撈,啲蝦仲好新鮮,所以肉質彈牙爽脆。不過只得六隻蝦,如果多啲就比較好啦。

雪糕吃得多會胖,忌廉牛奶糖不知不覺間成為脂方落戶到你身體裏,易請難送。雪葩雖然口感近似雪糕,比沙冰細緻,不含牛奶成份,相對熱量低。食完感覺都冇咁有罪惡感。

菠蘿雪葩外型十分吸引,用原隻泰國小菠蘿盛載,如果夏天食消暑一流,一啲都唔會太甜,菠蘿味好清甜。

秘製滷水雛鴿$68
乳鴿係雛鴿,雖然話細隻啲,但啲肉嫩啲。雛鴿先被浸過用多種香料熬製出嚟嘅滷水,然後再搽上用麥芽糖、再即刻炸一炸香佢,上枱時香噴噴,除了皮夠脆外,連啲骨都脆到可以咬埋,十分惹味!

時蔬方面,都好有特色。蒜蓉高麗菜、樹子冰菜、小丁香油麥菜等。
羽衣甘藍$98
羽衣甘藍係超級食物,真係第一次食上湯浸羽衣甘藍,口感出乎我想像之中,比較有嚼勁,平常都係生食作沙律或者風乾,真係未試過咁嘅烹調方法,不過個人都係比較鍾意做沙律嘅食法。
