祝大家蛇年矯若游龍，身體健康。新年伊始吃得簡單一點，在長州除了一些很旅客性的美食外，比較平民化一點的，就是這家火車頭米線，真的會有當地居民來吃午餐，米線的湯底不一定是麻辣或者酸辣，上面有很多油的那一種，這裏的蜆湯米線吃過多次宴出色，蜆吐沙吐得足，吃起來鮮味夠也沒有腥味，還有櫻花蝦乾配搭，鮮香中帶有自然的鹹香，配料的鴨胸出奇地嫩，不柴口之餘也沒有筋，鴨皮帶微微的鴨油，配搭起湯底起來就是自然的甘香。At the start of the new year, it’s nice to eat simply. Dried sakura shrimp adds a natural salty flavor. Surprisingly, the duck breast topping is tender, not dry, and without tendon. The duck skin, with a hint of duck fat, complements the broth’s natural sweetness perfectly.
