To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日見天氣涼涼地，行過佐敦見到有間蛇王魚冰室，門口貼住蛇羹同龜湯。同朋友膽粗粗入咗去試。一坐低我就見到人哋叫咗龜湯湯同蛇羹，我同朋友都一人嗌左各一碗。自問真係少食蛇羹同龜湯都係第一次飲，我問老闆我應該點食法。老闆好好人又好詳細咁教我你先飲咗蛇湯先。當其時我見着碗黑蚊蚊嘅一碗湯，心諗呢碗湯咁黑一定難飲入口，之後我就戰戰兢兢咁飲左第一啖點知原來係咁好味，我已愛上了它，龜湯先生，我要和你再約會呀。老闆仲話碗湯可以去濕毒。簡直係我郎中之物，我就趁熱咁飲晒成碗湯，味道係意想不到咁好味㗎試完過龜湯就嚟過蛇羹，我加咗啲檸檬葉上去，味道好清新。我見碗蛇羹好多肉好足料。我朋友就話未食過咁足料嘅蛇羹，我一路食一路嘩嘩聲，點解可以好似食極都食唔完咁，老闆話女仔食咗蛇羹係唔會肥，仲可以養顏又有豐富嘅蛋白質。我聽完心諗今次仲唔係我bowl of snake soup今次真係回味無窮，行街無聊之中嘅意外收穫！
