To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 擁有多年歷史嘅「蛇王芬」近年好似有唔少搞作,除左開設另一年輕品牌副線「四季芬芳」外,連中環總店都積極轉型。除左賣傳統嘅蛇羮糯米飯外,仲轉攻燒味、中式小菜、炒粉麵飯等等。潤腸燒鵝雙拼飯 ($75/碟): 見到餐廳嘅生曬臘腸及潤腸咁靚,都叫左碟燒味飯試下。燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,肉質唔柴,幾香口,潤腸油香豐富,鮮香美味。整體份量頗多。椒鹽脆豆腐 ($95): 脆豆腐有足足二三十件,每件均炸至外皮呈金黃色,酥脆而內裡幼滑,加埋椒鹽更為香口惹味。啫啫雞煲 ($170): 熱騰騰香氣十足,雞件滑,醬汁惹味。仲有幾件豬潤,軟嫩美味。紅燒斑腩飯 ($90): 斑腩外脆內軟,相當滑嫩,醬汁濃郁,幾適合拌飯。
