To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期五去O左呢間出名食蛇羹O既名店, 老實講對其成名作蛇羹有O的失望, 或者個人比較鍾意大大塊蛇肉O既傳統蛇羹, 對呢間鋪頭O既手工版唔係太受落. 可能係名星同"食家"效應, 所以最多人叫都係蛇羹.蛇羹O既蛇肉切成極細絲, 令人分唔清究竟係多蛇肉定係多雞肉? 蛇羹係熱賣產品, 店員攞出O黎O個陣卻唔係好夠熱, 有O的奇怪...此店O既煲仔飯同煲仔菜反而令人有驚喜, 唔係好肯定, 不過食落有炭香味, 可能真係O係後樓梯用炭爐燒, 風味唔錯.說說環境, 着實唔係一個舒服O既用餐地方, 兩個人去食坐細枱都要同其他人搭枱, 同佢O既價錢唔係好成正比, 服務亦唔夠好, 要落單O個陣好多伙記都好似睇唔到你叫佢咁, 真係唔知應該叫邊個落單先O岩.此店可以考慮轉一個闊大O的O既地方, 唯服務同品質控制要做得好一O的啦...
