To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

未去過鯉魚門，便同男友仔黎行下。行下行下4點幾便開始肚餓見到這間茶餐廳。門口有不少人排隊，我地都去排隊入座。餐廳主打腐乳蛋白西多士和手拉奶茶。我地都每樣叫左一份 我很喜歡腐乳，見到西多士有腐乳味就好興奮但都驚中伏🙈。熱辣辣送到上枱，即叫即整! 腐乳味無我想像中咁濃(可能未必每個客人都似我咁重口味😆😆)雖然不是很濃但西多士咬落口卻有淡淡既腐乳蛋香味，不錯👍🏻。 奶茶正常，跟出邊茶餐廳味差不多。
