蜀川之地,本是天府之國,多以辛辣為主,入到嚟傳統中國式食堂,地方還可,環境都唔錯,係唯一火鍋蒸氣,抽風系統似乎有啲焗促。我地下單六人海鮮鮑魚雙層蒸氣塔其中包括,沙巴龍躉,蟲草花蒸雞半隻,蒜蓉粉絲大元貝六隻,綠茶竽蓉餅,蒜蓉開邊龍蝦每人半隻,原味蒸大蜆,九頭活鮑每人一隻,貝殼一份,用嘅係瑤柱鮮竹排骨粥底, 加咗兩板海膽。另外再叫咗椒麻海蜇,豬油砵仔飯, 茶芥就每位八蚊 ,醬油費每位廿皮後加綠茶竽泥餅埋單1225連加一。整體都算 滿意 下次 都會返嚟用嘅係瑤柱鮮竹排骨粥底排骨就有幾舊龍骨,至於瑤柱鮮竹就見唔到啦,都唔知去咗邊。綠茶竽蓉餅呢個芋蓉餅,越食越好味,終於忍唔住,來多一客先至收得工。蒜蓉粉絲大元貝六隻粉絲元貝咁大隻,蒸咗一段時間,先至夠膽食呀!因為個火鍋蒸氣部分細咗啲,有啲信唔過。原味蒸大蜆呢個大人真係大隻,蒸咗一段時間先至擺落口。貝殼一份貝殼每人一隻 ,絕對唔係細隻嗰啲加咗兩板海膽。兩板海膽愛嚟送粥底,溝落嚟未到就唔覺有海膽味。蟲草花蒸雞半隻值得一讚呀,蒸我哋都嫌佢慢驚驚地,所以落水去火鍋,就咁淥熟嚟食, 都好滑好正!九頭活鮑每人一隻 最欣賞都係呢幾隻鮑魚,真係夠大隻,蒸完之後更

蒜蓉開邊龍蝦大大隻,幾乎個煱都擺唔落,唯有一半蒸一半火鍋烚,味道各有千秋。
