冬天係時候又打邊爐😚😚,辣一辣補一補先!今次係銅鑼灣覓食,地點都幾就腳,一上到去係門口已經聞到陣陣香辣味道,流晒口水。鍋底揀左一邊番茄清湯、一邊大辣,見到半鍋都滿江紅,好興奮個鍋好霸氣湯底除左唔少辣油之外亦有好多辣椒同花椒,辣得過癮而火鍋既配料都好特別,根據唔同既中國劇集或者節目去改名呢味就係舌尖上的蜀大俠,其實係牛舌黎既。建議牛舌可以放到辣鍋個一邊去煮,更加惹味,肉質爽滑花千骨,由腌製過既豬肋骨做成,面頭浸滿辣油,建議放到辣湯一邊煮,令當中既辣味更深一層最後當然都有點一般既肉類,同樣新鮮
