To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為了慳多點錢,通常都會等到下午茶時間才吃午餐。今次我點了 Y10 蜜味燒雞脾米粉 配凍低糖綠茶 $31。它的米粉很大碗,味道就普通。湯不稀,不過較重味精。而低糖綠茶不會太苦,味道也可以。不過個人覺得較像紅茶的味道。而它的雞脾,是我想重點介紹。雞脾很易切開,juicy 的肉汁馬上流出。而它下半脾的肉味較濃,較重蜜味。可能因為那兒較小肉,所以會更加容易入味。而雞脾肉不算鞋,雞皮很濃濃的密汁,烤得很好吃。雞脾中間的肉很厚身,比下脾肉鞋一點點。若果整隻雞脾都能夠完全入味,就更加好味了!
