雖然曾經風靡一時的蜜糖吐司人氣大不如前,甚至現時香港不少餐廳都有供應,但追溯多年前台北的Dazzling Cafe可謂是掀起熱潮的始祖。以前到台北旅行都從未到訪朝聖,即使在香港開設分店多年亦是首次一試,粉色主調加上夢幻裝潢打卡一流。綿綿珍珠奶茶鬆餅 ($105) 配以伯爵茶忌廉、伯爵茶雪糕、棉花糖及珍珠,將珍珠奶茶的元素與窩夫融為一體,伯爵茶雪糕清香馥郁,相反伯爵茶忌廉茶味薄弱與原味忌廉無異。窩夫烘得外脆內軟,濕潤綿密之餘+$15升級加配麻糬令口感更加豐富,與同樣煙韌的珍珠相輔相成。經典巧克力鬆餅 ($105) 與綿綿珍珠奶茶鬆餅如出一轍,但改配Haagen-Dazs朱古力雪糕和蜜糖,再於面層加上忌廉、藍莓及可可粉,賣相相對上樸實無華。朱古力味來源主要依靠雪糕,單吃會比較單調,個人覺得如果窩夫蛋漿亦加入可可粉調製的話會更加出色。Pop Pop ($58) 面層唧滿忌廉再加上爆谷、蝴蝶酥、夾心餅、梳打餅及朱古力醬,賣相一流可惜味道並非盡如人意,帶淡淡焦糖爆谷味但過分甜膩。柚子大吉嶺紅茶 ($48) 用上蜂蜜柚子醬及風乾橙片酸酸甜甜,清新解膩。
