To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大約5點鐘去左九龍灣德福廣場既台式餐廳茶木，餐廳地點鄰近地鐵站，十分方便呢，我地去呢個時間冇咩人排隊，唔洗點等位，因為呢個時間去既話都係食tea，所以就叫左一個士多啤梨味蜜糖磚，2個人食都唔會太飽，夜晚仲可以食到晚餐士多啤梨蜜糖磚可以選擇即刻上或者後上，我地選擇左即刻上，味道我地覺得好好味，啲蜜糖甜甜地加埋啲多士同埋士多啤梨雪糕好match,啲多士唔會話整得太濃, 食落係脆脆地咁既，呢個蜜糖磚會再encore
