To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期，我和一班朋友飯局再次選擇到喜滿樓吃晚飯。我們一行八人，特意訂了這店的房間，方便我們高談闊論，暢所欲言。我們點了八個小菜和一碟炒麵。小菜包括預定的霸王雞、香宮腐乳蝦、小炒皇、蜜餞金蠔、蒜蓉西蘭花炒蝦、椒鹽鮑魚、孜然骨等。今次的小菜味道和上次一樣恰到好處，份量足。我和朋友們都吃得津津有味。特別係個蜜餞金蠔，做到皮脆蠔味濃郁，甜漿包住金黃脆皮，煮出最鮮甜金蠔。這裡用的真正金蠔又肥又厚，喜歡食金蠔的人不可錯過。
