其實我知老爸很喜歡吃蝦,但因老媽不能吃蝦,他一人吃得幾多呀!?又唔想老媽有得睇無得吃,所以他較少機會吃,要忍口!最好時機就是等全家人回家吃飯,他便會買斤蝦灼下,不過...要約齊一家人回家就難啲,諗諗下...真係有點不孝!為了氹返他(其實老人家就好似小朋友,係要氹,哈!)決定今晚帶他去一間主打蝦煲的小店撑枱腳。小店主打食蝦,而logo就是一隻可愛的大蝦,很具代表性。趟門而入,便看兩大個蝦缸,養着很多隻又肥大又生猛的鮮蝦,看來今晚可大飽口福。店子裝潢簡約平實,牆身只掛了幾幅菜式相片,並不花巧。地方不大,預設有了四張二人枱、四張四人枱和一張六人枱,座位不多,但擺放得整齊企理,都坐得幾舒適。看看餐牌,選擇不算多,共有八大類,分別有蝦類、肉類、飯麵類、小食、鍋物、時蔬、甜品和飲品,每類都有幾個選擇,當然蝦類是最多款式可揀。******************************一安坐後,店員便隨即送上餐前小食,仲話是今日才開始實行送贈,真好運,哈!是日是炸紫薯波 ($0),雖是免費,但也毫不吝嗇,一客有六小粒,份量都不少,還要挺美味。每粒紫薯波 圓碌碌,炸得乾身,吃落完全沒有油膩感,還要外脆

小店主打蝦鍋,當然必食。有十款口味選擇,其實有好多款都好吸引,如胡椒蝦、檸檬香辣蝦、三杯蝦、避風塘蝦等等...全部都好有風味,經幾輪商討後,最終揀了一鍋三杯蝦。三杯雞就吃得多,不知三杯蝦又如何?期待...

轉嗰頭,店主便在蝦缸中捕蝦,真是即點即捕,牠們還在筒中紮紮跳,非常生猛。待一會,香噴噴的三杯蝦鍋($188)便上枱,用一個又厚又重的鍋子盛載,保溫度高,讚!一鍋有八隻,擺放成盛放的花兒般,還以芫萎和小花作裝飾,真是錦上添花,令其賣相更吸引。

每隻鮮蝦 都挺有份量,大大隻,又厚肉肥大,色澤鮮橙亮麗,看起來很新鮮,的確肉質爽嫩彈牙,而每隻蝦頭也藏有不少甘香的蝦膏,質素令人滿意!

以三杯方式炮製,鍋中有不少蒜片、乾蔥、指天椒粒 九層塔,味道香濃,帶些香辣,滿有九層塔 香,惹味得來,但又不失蝦的鮮味,吃時再伴些九層塔,更添風味,原來三杯跟蝦都很夾,好味!

有四款時蔬選擇,而四款的菜種都不普通,不是生菜、菜心、芥蘭....而是羽衣甘藍、冰菜等。有超級食品之稱的羽衣甘藍($98)多數在西餐廳出現,曾吃過羽衣甘藍沙律,亦喝過鮮羽衣甘藍汁,而以中式烹調就第一次嚐。簡簡單單以蒜蓉 杞子 炒成,原來已經很美味。炒弄時間剛好,保持翠綠,爽口嫩身,比起生食口感更佳。少油少鹽,富獨有清新味道,再拌上杞子,帶些甜美,簡單而美味,絕對是有益健康之選。

再點了一道黑板上廚師推介的油鹽水鮮北寄貝 ($128),原來也是一鍋上枱,熱騰騰,正!一鍋有六隻,半浸在湯中,本擔心以油鹽炮製,必定較油,但反而湯 身清澈,並沒有泛油光。呷一口,熱度十足,充滿胡椒 的辛辣,別看輕它,都有點嗆喉,但驅寒暖胃,喝完後成個人暖笠笠,好岩我。

每隻北寄貝 算不上非常大隻,但相當肉厚,色澤鮮紅,肉質爽彈,味道鮮甜,不錯!比起平時在日本餐廳所吃北寄貝好吃得多,更合我口味。

知老爸從未見過這種甜品,很想他見識一下,所以我一口氣點了兩款,藉口!其實是我自己貪食才真,哈!雪糕和雪葩各一,揀了南瓜雪糕水蜜桃雪葩。原個小南瓜 水蜜桃 上碟,掏空中心,放入雪糕 雪葩,對平時少吃凍嘢的老爸來說,單單賣相已吸引了他想吃。

南瓜雪糕 ($68/個)口感幼滑,啖啖南瓜 的香甜,味道不算很濃,亦不甜膩,非常討老爸歡喜;水蜜桃雪葩 ($68/個)比前者冰凍,雪粒如沙般幼細,入口即溶,滿有水蜜桃 的香甜,味道酸酸甜甜,它就較討我喜歡。未食之前,老爸又話不吃太多凍嘢,但現在卻一口接一口,停不了口,留啲俾我呀⋯⋯

雖是小店,但真的不能看輕它們呀!多次走進不同的小店,總有驚喜、總有特色、總令人難忘....而這間小店的菜式夠集中,不是大堆頭,但卻是並非一般菜館可吃到,今晚老爸對着這煲蝦真是好似蝦哈大笑,有他的哈哈笑已勝過一切。
