To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蝦子XO醬撈面

呢次黎開長沙灣,,,又有時間揾下食野,,,,,睇睇下見到呢間坤記,,,記憶中見過呢個面店既介紹,,,,於是就入去試下啦,,,!!叫左蝦子XO醬撈面,,,,加熱檸茶,,,!!原本一碟撈面要$29,,,不過加埋XO醬要另加$6,,,,,再加飲品熱檸茶就再加$5,,,,即係今次埋單要$40,,,,,,碟面都等左幾LOR下,,,我諗大概有20分鐘,,,,,,,不過記住鋪頭裏不是太多人,,,,,呢樣野下次真係要改善下啦,,,,!!講番碟面,,,上枱見面層鋪了一層蝦子,,,,,賣相都算唔錯,,,,入口面質都幾彈口,,,,唔錯唔錯,,,,不過XO醬唔夠辣,,,要我再加辣油,,,,湯底就OK既,,,不過就淡左少少,,,,重有食落面質冇蜆水味,,,,下次我會再試下其他食物既,,,,!!^^
