香港好食拉麵店越嚟越少,而日本過江龍店好多開業不久亦保持唔到應有水準,所以喺香港真係越嚟越少食拉麵,但今晚想食拉麵所以嚟到呢間位於上環信德中心嘅緣屋拉麵,緣屋拉麵係日本第一間推出蝦湯拉麵嘅拉麵店亦可以話係蝦湯始祖,香港店湯底分別有蝦湯同豚骨湯,而蝦湯亦有味噌, 醬油同鹽味選擇,我點左味噌蝦濃湯拉麵($76+10%服務費),湯頭入口真係好香濃,味噌唔會死咸而且好香甜,蝦味亦好濃厚,麵條用上北海道慣用嘅曲身麵,掛湯力高,口感夠滑同好香小麥味,而叉燒肉就薄薄一片比較普通,而另一以蝦湯做主打嘅日本拉麵店X幻我都有食過,個人覺得緣屋做嘅蝦湯唔會比X幻差。
