話說有同事介紹,太子附近有間食蝦既食店好好食,而且仲係用新鮮大頭蝦即撈即煮,所以就決定去花墟買完年花後,好好食餐飯迎接新既農曆年。夜晚7:30去到蝦棧,都唔算好多枱客食緊,心諗唔知食物好唔好食呢?偷望隔離枱,見人食緊既蔥油雞都賣相唔錯,即刻放心少少,準備開懷咁點菜。可能接近新年,餐廳推出左一個二人或四人套餐,二人套餐可點四款主菜($596),主要都係餐廳出名既菜式,所以我同朋友就毫不猶豫咁決定左點鹹蛋黃炒大頭蝦、帶子炒露筍、雪山焗爐魚(要另加$88)同炒羽衣甘藍,半肉半菜,均衡飲食。😋富貴黃金蝦——<鹹蛋黃炒大頭蝦>等左無幾耐,餐廳越來越多人,我既鹹蛋黃炒大頭蝦終於上場了。雖然大大個煱只有8隻大頭蝦,但係味道絕不欺場,鹹蛋黃同蝦既味道完全配合,而且每隻蝦都好鮮甜,唔太「好」蝦既我都食到好滋味,我朋友更食到䑛埋手指,如果唔係仲有其他菜,一定會再叫多款去試。龍馬精神——<帶子炒露筍>不知不覺間,第二款菜-帶子炒露筍就到啦!呢款菜既size比我預期既細,不過香濃牛油加上洋蔥既甜味,令整個菜既口感好豐富。帶子雖然唔大,但都算新鮮,加上脆卜卜的露筍,好快就食完成碟

年年有餘——<雪山焗爐魚(要另加$88)>
而當我地享受緊個炒露筍時,侍應已經為我地送上雪山焗爐魚啦!然後侍應為我地條魚點火,而條魚係鹽焗的,侍應小心亦亦將魚的皮切開,已經聞到好香既魚味,我地急不及待為條魚加少少青檸汁,用付上既辣汁點一點,更加令魚既鮮味提昇!我地完全感覺唔到有魚腥味,好食!魚燒得剛剛好,無太多水,都唔會太乾,成件事恰到好處!


祝君身壯健——<羽衣甘藍>
最後,當我地一路食魚時,羽衣甘藍亦都上菜啦。我地都係第一次食呢隻菜,非常有口感,感覺好似好多纖維咁!好清新既,食一啖魚,又食一啖羽衣甘藍,個口感同味覺同時享受緊,非常滿足!
