To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日入大澳，好似無假日咁多人。不過，到咗12點要食午餐就諗起呢間酒店，無非都係想坐得舒服d. 估唔到都要等位，大大話話都由大澳中心行咗幾個字去酒店，唯有等啦。幸運的係唔係等咗好耐，就有得入去。睇餐牌發現有d大澳特色食物，今日就叫咗蝦醬豬扒包配薯條同埋睇落十分靚的特飲。個豬扒包個味有d搞笑，又唔可以話佢唔好食，可能未試過咁嘅配搭啦。至於個兩杯特食係推介，又靚又好飲。如果知道要去呢間餐廳食飯，十分建議預先訂枱，記得要book 窗口坐，睇住無敵大海景食飲，爽YY啊。
