以點心專門店嚟講,陳師傅嘅水準算係幾高,當中以魚子燒賣皇同精製蝦餃皇最好食,我諗呢兩款都係鎮店之寶,所以每籠只係得兩粒,方便單身或一 pair 嘅客人 order。呢度嘅燒賣同蝦餃都好大粒好飽滿,尤其係後者,啖啖蝦肉好鮮味,餃皮薄得嚟又唔易爛,高汁👍。另外,推介嘅脆皮銀絲腸同香脆芋絲餅都唔錯,前者類似而家好流行嘅春風得意腸,外軟內脆,口感同味道都幾獨特,後者煎得香脆,大大塊好足料,芋頭愛好者應該覺得好滿足。最後,百花釀魚肚正常水準,山竹牛肉球則有少少失望,雖然味道都正常,但係肉質比較腍,有少少發水嘅感覺。
