因為一D關係我都幾熟台灣手信,大家都知台灣手信真係好百花齊放。咁香港又點呢?我自己覺得選擇冇咁多嘅!而作為香港人都想送D傳統得黎,又有返咁上下品味嘅香港手信俾親友/外國朋友。皇玥係近幾年一個令我幾有信心嘅Brand,大家都知皇玥葉永華師傅係嘉麟樓點心部做左30年,奶黃月餅係佢得意之作。但大家又知唔知皇玥都有出手信禮盒?我今次食呢個蝴蝶酥由米芝蓮團隊製作,睇相就見到色澤非常金黃,而且比一般蝴蝶酥鬆脆唔少。牛油香係勁嘅!特別要提下佢個杏仁蝴蝶酥,杏仁味係我食過最濃郁嘅杏仁蝴蝶酥。而伯爵茶蝴蝶酥係我覺得同蝴蝶酥香脆口感最夾嘅一隻味!大力推薦呢款!3款面頭果層焦糖真係掌握得好好,令佢保留到蝴蝶酥嘅酥脆之餘,又有果下卜一聲嘅口感,唔覺唔覺就食哂!提提大家皇玥搞緊個蝴蝶酥節,四月落門市買蝴蝶酥禮盒,就有買二送一!送禮一流!仲有幾日快d衝喇!
