Risotto上的大片海膽最為搶眼。店方因應季節而用了加拿大海膽, 味道甜甜的, 份量落得不留手, 可惜我不吃海膽, 唯有專注下層的飯粒。Risotto內加有大片洋蔥, 跟平時切粒的煮法有點不同, 飯粒腍軟帶嚼口, 未算太有黏性, 內有不少草菇粒充滿菇香, 同時更散發陣陣的松露香味。

選用來自紐西蘭的安格斯肉眼扒, 非常厚身份量十足, 肉質卻十分腍軟嫩滑, 肉跟脂肪比例適中, 肉汁豐富, 牛味頗香濃, 蘸上濃稠肉汁更是香口好食。

煎得金黃的銀雪魚, 魚皮煎得十分香脆, 魚肉帶魚油香, 肉質頗為結實, 不用蘸上伴碟的燒汁經已很夠味。魚柳下還墊有薯蓉和多汁飽滿的車厘茄你作為伴碟。
