位於銅鑼灣心臟地帶的一間上樓日本餐廳,裝修比較簡約。七點已經座滿七成,店員帶我們去一間房,環境比較寧靜,有足夠空間給我們暢談一番。刺身盛先來一個刺身盛,有三文魚、油甘魚、八瓜魚和象柭蚌,魚生都是厚切的,三文魚新鮮肥美,,整體來說刺身都可以。辣汁吞拿魚小卷吞拿魚配上牛油果做餡料和面上有芝麻,雖然辣味不太突出,但整體味道不錯。串燒牛舌牛舌一串有四塊,每塊都比平常吃到的薄,入口沒有羶味,口感微彈,好好食!牛油清酒炒露荀蒜蓉炒得好香,露荀亦非常新鮮,入口爽口又多汁,美味可口。鰻魚飯用一片朴葉(類似荷葉)和蛋𢇁一起蒸,上枱時熱辣辣並帶有微微的煙燻味,感覺幾特別。
