餐廳而家重點推介哆頭蟶,因為而家係蟶子當造既時間,所以係在等位時已經知道蟶子係必食材料。蟶子共有八種食法可以揀,價錢都只係$198就有兩份!首先來個小拼盤, 包括有蝦苗拌頭水紫菜(味道上帶點微酸,口感似是食緊髮菜)、水晶豬蹄凍(佢就係將豬蹄切粒既小食,最特別係軟骨位置唔會太難咬,口感不錯)、滷水嫩豆腐(豆腐真係好嫩滑,有濃烈既滷水的味道)、九轉小腸另一款係招牌鐵板鹽焗蟶子,蟶子的每隻大細差唔多,大概有12隻,而板底一大堆海鹽,加上花椒,上菜時頗香。雖然外殼焗得乾身又燙手,不過肉一點都唔乾!加上鹽可以令蟶子鮮味更加突出,真係非常鮮甜!另外,叫多左一味小食酥炒芋芯。有小小似反砂芋頭既感覺。外趣內軟,餐廳用糖漿炒到金黃色,睇得之餘仲食得。份量又係多到兩個人都到食唔曬。興化炒米粉主要既材料有蝦,蜆,豬肉,菇,豆卜和蔬菜這米粉好特別,沒有見過這麼幼身的米粉呢!咬起來軟綿綿又有米香,感覺良好。搭配枱上既秘製辣醬食起上黎會更惹味!
