要食空海記得一定要BOOK位,因為餐廳只有8個座位,係旺角呢舍鬧市一踏入餐廳,傳統的日本餐廳裝潢,令人彷彿去左第二個空間咁唔單止餐廳門口大大隻蟹,小至筷子座都係蟹,名副其實由頭蟹到落尾黎到呢度,基本上都係食套餐,平至百幾蚊,上至OMAKASE,全部都可以搵到蟹的足跡,今日我就揀左個空海盛 ($598),貪佢夠豐富咩都有飲品呢個餐會包一杯飲品,而我就叫左白桃梳打前菜前菜係我的最愛燒雞泡魚乾,燒得乾身,魚味濃,夠晒惹味前菜另一前菜係櫻花蝦豆腐,配上麻醬感覺清新松葉蟹腳刺身係香港比較少食到松葉蟹刺身,蟹腳大大條蟹肉,味道鮮甜清酒煮蜆蜆的份量不少,清酒加上蜆經烹煮之後味道十分鮮甜,差少少就飲晒成碗清酒湯底松葉蟹膏甲羅燒整個蟹蓋釀滿松葉蟹膏,夾雜左少少蟹肉,蟹膏味濃郁得很,令人大滿足之作海膽帆立貝松葉蟹丼飯整個飯面鋪滿蟹肉,加上海膽同帆立貝,全部材料都好新鮮,簡單加上少少醬油已經好美味,醬油有兩款選擇,一款係普通醬油,而另一款係有少少辣味蟹肉味噌湯味噌湯充滿蟹的鮮味,有唔少蟹肉係湯入面,食克丼飯再飲碗熱湯暖胃好舒服甜品甜品有兩款選擇,柚子雪葩或者白玉紅豆甜湯,由於呢個餐實在太多野食,已經食到我好

甜品有兩款選擇,柚子雪葩或者白玉紅豆甜湯,由於呢個餐實在太多野食,已經食到我好飽,所以我就揀左比較清新的柚子雪葩解一解膩


我喜歡食蟹,但就好怕拆蟹的過程,呢個套餐就岩晒我,由頭到尾都起晒蟹肉,可以乾乾淨淨咁食,個人認為呢間餐廳性價比極高,十分推介呢間餐廳俾鐘意食蟹的人士
