四月第二個星期一晚上,銅鑼灣。其實很久以前已經耳聞這家專門吃蟹的餐廳,卻苦無機會嘗試,朋友知道後就訂了位置幫我補祝慶生。從入口走下樓梯的仿漁船佈置,轉角處到包廂,到處都找得到螃蟹裝飾,連每一桌上都養有一隻呎蟹——長大了體積有一呎的蟹,營造一個吃蟹的天堂。朋友選了$788二人前的蟹慶會席料理,來一個全蟹宴。加茂錦純米大吟釀,我們都愛喝辛口的清酒,於是點了這瓶生詰原酒,即是只經過一次加熱處理,且於儲藏罐中貯藏時加熱的清酒。吟釀香氣撲鼻,入口帶點水果的甜味,平衡度很高。前菜三點,蟹肉沙律裡面有蟹肉,蟹子,爽脆新鮮的生菜加上帕馬火腿,更添鹹香;牛蒡漬,是我最愛的漬物之一,高纖清爽的下酒菜,開胃有益,鯊魚軟骨充滿骨膠原,微辣脆口,加入蟹子口感豐富。雞泡魚乾,烘乾後清香四溢,沾上沙律醬,佐以清酒一流。五點刺身,有鮮甜滑嫩的松葉蟹棒、肉厚飽滿的帆立貝、甘香爽口的赤蝦、肉質結實的油甘魚和油脂適中又細膩的金目鯛,精緻非常。茶碗蒸,一份小小的細緻嫩滑在桌上飄香,裡面有三文魚子,蟹肉,菇菌,底下還有干貝,美味又健康。千年一花之大吟釀,為兵庫縣千年一酒造的出品,以100%山田錦釀製,入口清爽流暢,酒體純淨,很
