同朋友慶祝,訂了特選會席套餐,有點貴,但十分期待。餐廳就在Sogo旁邊,位置方便;卡位坐得舒服又方便傾偈。先來松葉蟹肉三文魚子沙律,清清地,開個胃,配上一隻小小松葉蟹乾,非常可愛。接著是蟹肉鍋巴配紅酒鵝肝,香脆的鍋巴盛著點點蟹肉、蟹籽、吞拿魚蓉和柚子,感覺清新,平衡了鵝肝黏滑的口感和濃郁的味道。四款季節刺身有鯛魚、吞拿魚、大蝦、帶子,夠新鮮。墨魚子海膽蟹肉蒸蛋非常滑溜,材料豐富,感覺尊貴。蒸毛蟹原隻上枱,蟹殼盛著滿滿的蟹膏和蟹汁,令人興奮。廚師貼心地已把蟹腳剪開,只要輕輕瓣開便可以享受鮮甜的蟹肉。吃完毛蟹,再來浜燒鱈場蟹腳。火炙過後稍有炭香,配和風辣汁,與剛剛毛蟹的體驗截然不同。換過口味,來了鹿兒島A5和牛,配自家製蒜片和芥末醬,香、嫩、肉汁豐富,回味無窮。最後一道主食是松葉蟹雜炊,到此刻已經對蟹的味覺不太敏銳。雖然蟹粥材料豐富,但經過剛才一系列的味蕾衝擊,這鍋粥的感覺變得柔和、恬靜。想不到這頓蟹宴最大的一個驚喜,是這個海鮮湯,加了菇類烹調,鮮味無比;湯內再放幾滴青檸汁,巧妙地把鮮味和香味進一步提升,佩服!最後還有甜品,是Oreo奶凍配黑糖麻薯餅、芝士餅。雖然已很飽,但仍覺得味道不錯。
