To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 10月26日揾食肥華和靚媽,連續兩年,晚上到此店食,大閘蟹套餐。今年此餐食品内容,可說同對上一年,面目全非,首先主角大閘蟹,由兩皇一后變為兩后一皇,美味嘅 蛇羹亦變為一盅,平淡嘅是晚燉湯,大澳蝦醬骨就轉為香煎牛仔骨連碗羗茶圓肉湯丸,都變為祇得羗茶圓肉,湯丸和礶隨餐汽水,已齊齊失踪了,而今年蟹宴食品方面?主角大閘蟹,體積比較細,但美味依然,肥華,靚媽,欣然收貨,其他配角,除咗碗生炒糯米飯,有極佳水準,同埋頭盤個三味食品,豬手,青瓜,雞絲粉皮,味道尚好外,其他食品可說,強差人意,加上肥華今晚被此店,門口接待處位,女職員待客態度激親,連配蟹 花雕酒,都冇心情飲,所以今年此店,呢餐兩后一皇大閘蟹宴,衹值👍👍😔
