友人回港探親己一段日子，係時候返回加國，臨走時為他餞行，當然揀選佢最鐘意食嘅海鮮 ，蟹🦀！蟹宴！大蝦沙律開胃前菜。松葉蟹肉三文魚子茶碗蒸甜美絲絲蟹肉，鹹香三文魚籽，配搭蒸蛋一流。鹽焗活蟹原隻焗蟹，鹽味慢慢滲出，提升了鮮味。啖啖肉有口感龍蝦天婦羅即叫即做，肉質爽彈無比，正👍。鯛魚白湯用心餚製，鮮甜美味。松葉蟹肉濃湯素麵食到最後雖然好飽，但素麵清淡而不濃，不捨不吃啊！甜品係抹茶布甸，黑糖厥餅，完美。
