今日去銅鑼灣食蟹 我哋叫咗唔同款嘅蟹料理 有焗蟹燒蟹等等松葉蟹肉三文魚籽蒸蛋 蒸蛋滑捋捋 面頭有一梳梳松葉蟹肉 仲有一咬爆汁嘅三文魚子鹽焗活蟹 隻蟹食得出好新鮮 蟹肉實淨又鮮甜 加埋面頭鹽焗嘅味道 鹹鹹鮮鮮 好味道松葉蟹肉濃湯素麵 擺盤非常精緻 有個蟹鉗加埋蟹子喺面 麵底食落似幼版既上海麵 加上濃湯非常吸汁黎得食蟹當然想試下唔同煮法嘅蟹 所以我哋亦叫咗個燒蟹腳 鱈場蟹腳冰燒 蟹肉實淨鮮甜 唔會燒過龍 保持到肉汁最後仲有個鯛魚白湯 個湯好重魚味 清清地又暖胃 裏面仲有魚肉同啲菇菌
