一向廣隆行都有唔少既捧場客,我自己就真係未試過,今次就唯有同班同事分享下喇。一入到去都已經有三四個人係到揀緊蟹。多數人買260-280一斤嘅蟹,我對蟹都無咩認識,唯有問下店員,見到價格由$100 /3隻,至最貴既$360一斤都有,店員話係太湖黎既貨,所以就有唔同價錢。聽落好似好勁咁,但又好似一頭霧水,既然平時同事對我咁好,唯有買D貴野佢地食下喇,就買左最貴既蟹皇一齊試試先!對蟹一D都唔識既我當然請店員代勞揀蟹,佢揀完攞出黎俾我睇,見D蟹凍到眼仔唔係幾識郁,唔知新唔新鮮呢? 但D蟹腳就勁有反應,係咁fingfing下,之後就有D紫蘇、醋、紅糖同薑係送比我既。之後佢張卡片有教蒸蟹方法,方法係連送既紫蘇,隔水蒸20分鐘。即刻約定班同事今晚開餐,大家都無問題,咁我就整定等佢地上黎, 香到成間屋都係味,有D蟹味有D其他味。我就試食左一隻先,D肉好香,我就覺得無其他蟹咁甜。但膏真係幾多,都好甘香。整體黎講都唔錯
