To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁大個女第一次食黃油蟹,十分緊張,而且抱很大期望,見呢度$28/兩,似乎幾平,所以試下,不過令人有點失望,因同在街市買到的$40/斤的羔蟹差不多,但價錢就差很遠,可能是時間不配合,酒樓侍應話7至8月食會靚好多,所以今次有點失策.蟹粉小籠包則ok,因沒比較,所以知算不算好.
