早幾日嗰friend 話去試菜,試私房菜,但係竟然係間麵店度?咁有趣就緊係試試啦。原來呢間蟹麵膳啱啱新開,D師傅之前有做開私房菜,呢個場係中環,夜晚都冇咁多客食麵架喇,咪試下推私房菜囉。係麵店食私房菜,真係第一次。蟹肉冬蓉羹,真係大鄉里,未食過,上枱時重以為係翅,嗰師傅話佢出道嗰陣好多酒家擺酒唔食翅就通常食呢味,不過近呢十幾二十年都冇乜人做喎,因為功夫多。呢個羹上枱時超熱,啱晒我心水,一飲第一樣嘅感覺係,咁鮮甜嘅?唔通落味精?問嗰師傅,佢話係因為用左真正蟹湯做底,所以有呢種效果。佢重話全部餸菜一樣都冇落味精,呢樣嘢就唔使人講嘅,食完返屋企,咦,真係冇口渴喎。得。另一樣好食嘅係蟹粥,粥底得呢樣唔奇怪,話晒都係蟹店吖嘛,竟然用隻大花蟹擺係面,即係話用左一D蟹煑粥取其味,再用另一隻花蟹上枱等食起黎唔會冇哂味,隻花螚好新鮮同厚肉,真係唔食對唔住自已。有讚都有彈,有幾味其他嘅,例如黄金蝦佩番茄麵,大隻粉絲元貝,豉油皇炒麵,同埋金不換炒蜆,火候同味道嘅掌握都唔錯,但係上枱都係唔夠熱,以小店黎講厨房係正格離,呢樣野要改善喇。講開又講,嗰兩個師傅(唔通係老細?)係我地食到咁上下嗰陣都有出黎吹下水,聽下

有讚都有彈,有幾味其他嘅,例如黄金蝦佩番茄麵,大隻粉絲元貝,豉油皇炒麵,同埋金不換炒蜆,火候同味道嘅掌握都唔錯,但係上枱都係唔夠熱,以小店黎講厨房係正格離,呢樣野要改善喇。

講開又講,嗰兩個師傅(唔通係老細?)係我地食到咁上下嗰陣都有出黎吹下水,聽下佢地點樣試唔同嘅方法去煮餸,真係覺得佢地幾有Heart,香港要多D呢D有Heart嘅人。小店要多D支持。
總括黎講,呢間店值得一試,特别係上面提嗰幾樣招牌嘢。
